Love my new water softener + RO filtered water! First time home owner installing water softener for my brand new townhouse. If you ever had a humidifier you will notice a crazy amount of calcification in the tank. I like how when I take a shower the water doesn't feel like it dries and strips my skin; and my laundry feels cleaner after washing. The RO water tastes great and it's great to not have to fill a Brita all the time. Andy was very responsive and helpful throughout the process, and the plumber was great to work with as well.
