At Health and Soul Fitness, our goal is to help individuals and communities become stronger in mind and body so that they are better equipped to live and enjoy life. I believe we are on an adventure that makes being fit makes more fun! My approach to fitness stems from a lifelong passion for nutrition, exercise, and connectivity with others (read about my story here). I graduated from Baylor with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology and from UNT with a Masters of Science in Corporate Health Education. My career in Wellness has been diverse - from working with various corporations, local fire and police chapters, universities, and state insurance companies to hosting local boot camps and group fitness programs, personal training, and health coaching. In 2020, we also took our business online so that we could help more people workout in the convenience of their own home. ​ I have had the privilege to impact thousands of people in making lifelong healthy changes, and I would love the opportunity to help you as well!
