Welcome to our Bakery!
We are a family owned and operated hometown bakery. Both of the owners, Tom and Sharon, are Army veterans and we have three beautiful children. We moved back to Michigan in 2016 and are very pleased to now call Cedar Springs our hometown! After many years of baking and perfecting recipes and techniques, our head baker, Sharon, began baking professionally at multiple local Farmers Markets over the past couple years. During this time, she also studied and researched the many benefits of Fresh Ground Wheat! We now are proud to exclusively use and offer fresh ground wheat flour in our products! We even feature an Austrian crafted grain mill in our storefront. Be sure to stop by and see it in action!
