Originating in 1988, Castek Innnovations core business initially was to supply carpet & acoustic tooling to Masland Industries based in Carlisle PA. where saw the need to serve the customer better and developed engineering, program management, prototyping, machining, CMM services while developing a superior supplier base.
-Experience
Castek Innovation management and engineering staff has over 200 years of combined professional experience in carpet and acoustical tooling. The company is 24 years old. 1988 / 2012, This experience has allowed the company to start to explore other fields of tooling and is one of the future goals becoming more diverse by expanding products and services.
-Mission
Castek Innovations new mission statement is to provide “value added” services to the customer for a reasonable price. Castek Innovations will reward employees with superior compensation when customer and company expectations are met.
