The Arizona Army National Guard employs over 5,100 Citizen-Soldiers, and is the largest Military Reserve Component in the state of Arizona. As expected -- having the largest force structure allows for career opportunities in many occupational fields, both full and part time.

As a member of the Arizona Army National Guard, you have a lot career options. Each field offers you the chance to be a part of something bigger than yourself -- serving our community and joining the fight for freedom. You will hurdle obstacles physical and mentally. You will learn skills that translate into civilian jobs and gain experience that can't be taught in a classroom.

Earn while you learn - get paid to learn! National Guard Soldiers typically train a minimum of one weekend a month and two weeks out of the summer.

* High School Diploma or GED
* Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
