As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer I offer private individualized sessions (one-on-one or duet) based on your fitness goals: getting more fit, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I have the unique expertise to construct individualized workouts that get muscles firing correctly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture.
