First of all, I would like to thank all of our customers who have supported Indian Motorcycle Chandler. Your loyalty and valuable referral business has helped us grow and prosper.
A little about me? Simple. I ride, I work, I eat and I sleep. Sometimes I get the yard work done. Sometimes I don’t. I’ve been getting out riding quite a bit and you are welcome to join me when I do ride. Sometimes I ride dirt. Sometimes I ride street. I don’t race anymore, but I dream about it. If it’s on two wheels, I’m in! My bikes include a BMW K1200R, a 1979 Vespa P200E two stroke and a 1972 Rickman Montesa. And yes, I like Dunkin' Donuts and Bultaco motorcycles. My favorite movie is On Any Sunday.
Okay, let’s talk about work. In an effort to better serve you, I would like you to stop in and say hello, and to share your riding experiences at Indian Motorcycle Chandler. We strive to keep customer service top-priority. In fact, much of my background is in service. While I feel that my staff is top-notch, there will be times when I need to become involved. I want you to know that you are welcome to contact me any time you feel there is a problem that requires my assistance to resolve. I like to hear when my staff has gone above-and-beyond as well, and I do get to hear it a lot! Please keep the compliments coming. It makes my head swell. Where you purchase your motorcycle, service your motorcycle, buy parts for your motorcycle, and buy riding apparel is your choice. We fully understand that you can go anywhere that you want when you make these purchases, and we want your choice to be Indian Motorcycle Chandler. I am very proud of our Indian Motorcycle Chandler family, and our goal is to keep you coming back. You can e-mail me at tcarlson@ridenow.com 365 days a year, 7 days a week. Of course I may be on top of a mountain, on a bike on any given Sunday, but I will respond as soon as I can.
Kindest Regards,
- Tylor Carlson, General Manager
