I chose to become a physician so that I could improve the lives of cancer patients. Cancer is a complicated disease that requires compassion, attention to detail, and hard work to properly manage. I want to bring this level of dedication to each of my patients. I believe that it is important to take the necessary time with every patient to fully understand all of their concerns and to address their medical needs in a comprehensive manner. Outside of the clinic and the lab, I enjoy landscaping, home improvement projects, snow skiing, and scuba diving. However, my favorite activity is traveling to explore other countries and cultures with my family.
