I became an occupational therapist because I enjoy getting to know people and learning about how they like to live their daily lives. Having grown up in many countries with differing cultures, I see the power behind individualizing care for all patients so they can feel comfortable and get the most out of therapy, gaining independence. My areas of clinical interest include hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation including post-op care, nerve compression syndromes, tendinitis, arthritis management, tendon repairs and splinting. Outside of work, I love being outside hiking, mountain biking, and keeping deer and squirrels out of my garden beds. My family is spread out internationally, so I enjoy visiting them as much as I can.
