My approach to patient care is rooted in a belief that every person is unique, and their treatment should be as individualized as they are. I focus on evidence-based practices, working collaboratively with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan that not only addresses their immediate concerns but also empowers them to take control of their long-term health. My goal is to help each patient achieve the best possible outcome, whether that means returning to an active lifestyle, competitive sport, improving strength and mobility, or preventing future injuries. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors – running trails, hiking, camping, outdoor concerts.
