Dr. Blaising Wallace serves in dual roles as a practicing physician at SMG Eaton Rapids Family Medicine and also as the part time Medical Director for Sparrow Care Network, a clinically integrated network of physicians which works to improve the health and efficiency of care for patients in mid-Michigan. She is board certified in Family Medicine from the AOBFP and is working toward completion of a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certificate from the American Academy for Physician Leadership with anticipated completion in 2022.
