Child Care Resources Inc. was founded in 1982 to advance opportunity for working families and their children, and to help create, sustain, and improve a system of quality early care and education for all those who rely on it. Our priority has always been to serve those who are most vulnerable. In Charlotte, in North Carolina, and across the country, those who are most vulnerable are disproportionately women, children, and families of color -- denied opportunity resulting from generations of institutionalized and systemic racism.
