started with a free trial with an awesome deal that i found on groupon. went to my first class, and absolutely loved it! loved it so much that i just had to buy a membership. not to mention, everyone who works there is extremely friendly, and very welcoming. they will also work with you one on one to make sure that you are understanding everything! it was a great workout that works your entire body! definitely give them a try, you won't regret it!!

everyone at ilkb is super friendly and welcoming, including instructors and classmates! i love the classes because, no matter where you are on your fitness journey, it's always a challenge, but i'm also not drained of energy the rest of the day! they keep everything very clean, especially the mat.

i joined i love kickboxing in october 2017. i go 2-3 times a week, and absolutely love it. the workout is challenging and pushes me to keep improving my health. the staff is wonderful, and their energy makes me excited to come to class. i have experienced a significant decrease in stress and have even lost 14lbs! i’m so glad that i’ve finally found a workout that i love!

ilovekickboxing has been the best place i have been to for a workout. the instructors keep you motivated and want to see you achieve your goals. i have lost eleven pounds, dropped two pant sizes, and feel stronger than ever, in just 3 months! ilovekickboxing is the best place to get a killer and fun workout.

this is the first group workout class i have ever done and stuck with, and i absolutely love it! the facility is clean and the staff are all very friendly and encouraging. they are always willing to help if you are having difficulty. i come every day and its the best part of my day.

wow, when i walked in to i love kickboxing who would have thought i would walk out as a member. the instructors were awesome, they made me feel welcome as soon as i walked in. they even said what day are you coming, then the day before they called me to remind me of my class. when i got there for my first class i wasn't sure exactly what to expect but i loved it and was so surprised to see how fast the class went by. everything is modified so it doesn't matter your fitness level. all thru the class the instructors are there to help and offer help. they are encouraging through out the class and then after the class they are there to say you did it, they ask what you thought. that makes a difference to me. it is fast, fun and i had a blast. can't wait for my next class. the place smells good and is clean. so if you are looking for something new, that will keep you engaged, teach you a lot and wanting more, then i love kickboxing chattanooga is the place to be. i also want to say this is a great stress reliever and by having fun you will get some amazing results.

absolutely love coming here! i've never been someone who would keep up with a workout routine but i enjoy kickboxing so much, it doesn't feel like a normal workout. the first portion is conditioning, which is super tough, but after that it's all kickboxing. i love it! the staff is super friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have. they are motivating without being mean. i couldn't recommend it enough!
