Creating a foundation to build success was instilled in all 19 years of his culinary journey. Formerly an Executive Chef of a Michelin rated restaurant, Ian has honed a work ethic to succeed in every aspect of life. He is very detail orientated, has great communication skills, and has always put the needs and service of others before himself. Growing up in a small town in Iowa, his core values come from providing the best service possible.
