Jim is Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and has been originating loans since 1997. He previously owned his own mortgage company and specializes in hard to place loans. Jim originates residential mortgage loans including but not limited to Purchase, Refinance, VA, FHA, and Home Equity Lines of Credit. Jim has his undergrad from DePaul University in Project Management and Entrepreneurship, MBA from Benedictine University in Finance and Accounting, and his JD from John Marshall Law School
