Nouveau Tavern is home to Southern- and New Orleans-style cuisine in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. The menu, created by Executive Chef Norman Hargrove, formerly of The Peninsula Hotel Chicago, consists of an assortment of traditional Southern and New Orleans dishes.
Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the restaurant morphs into Nouveau Nights and the nightlife kicks into full gear.
