You will need to enter Chestnut Street from Orleans Street. 361 W. Chestnut is a few blocks away from the corner of Chicago Avenue and Orleans Street. It is a first floor facility with patient drop off, onsite parking, and an ADA ramp. There is assisted parking on-site at 361 W. Chestnut in the lot to the right of the building for a flat rate of $22 for patients. Payment is collected at the time of service. On weekdays, please see the parking attendant as you arrive to 361 W. Chestnut. On weekends, please park in a reserved spot labeled "F" and communicate the spot number to the receptionist.
