Attorney Mark Roman is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer practicing across the State of Florida. He founded Roman Austin Car Accident and Personal Injury Lawyers in 1996 out of a passion to help accident victims rebuild their lives. He is a Tampa Bay native, and is passionate about representing the injured in his hometown. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Florida College of Journalism in 1981, and after working as a writer for a season, he decided to return to school to pursue his Juris Doctor, which he obtained from Florida State University College of Law in 1986.

Tampa personal injury lawyer John C. Austin was raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is a graduate of the class of 2000 from St. Petersburg High School. He then attended the University of Florida for both his undergraduate work as well as law school. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from the Fisher School of Accounting in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law in 2008. Being a native of Tampa Bay, nothing gives him greater pride than being able to represent members of this great community.

Miles was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He attended college at the University of Central Florida where he double majored in legal studies and history. He then graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2017. During law school, he clerked for a prominent insurance defense firm in St. Petersburg. He continued working at that firm out of law school and for the first six years of his career. Early on in his career, Miles was given the opportunity to be a leader and was in charge of managing a legal team that grew to over ten employees. Miles has represented clients through all facets of personal injury claims, including pre-suit, litigation, and trial.
