David A. Schaefer is a principal at McCarthy Lebit and heads up the 60-year-old firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice area. David has assisted in resolving hundreds of disputes in his career. David is a member of The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an invitation-only alternative dispute resolution professional association.
