Applied behavior analysis (ABA) is the science of behavior and learning. Behavior analysis aims to understand how behavior works, how behavior is affected by the environment, and how learning takes place. While applicable across all human behavior, Accelerate ABA applies the science to improving the skills most commonly affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
ABA is considered the “gold standard” of autism treatment. Decades of research have shown that intensive ABA treatment is the most successful approach for children with autism, and it is widely recognized by a number
