Our beautiful sixty (60) bed facility is located on Route 151, just off Route 66, in the historic district of Cobalt, Connecticut. Part of East Hampton and close to Portland, CT, Cobalt Health Care and Rehabilitation Center is surrounded by 1.5 acres of scenic grounds for our residents to enjoy.
Cobalt Health Care was founded in the 1920’s by Sarah Hyde, a registered nurse, to provide care for the elderly in the area communities.
The building was restored to its original beauty in 1968 by the Zgorski family and is registered as a historical site. New additions and modern facilities were built to accommodate the growing demands for our nursing care and rehabilitation services.
