The experience of renting this house was smooth. Its a good value for a big family. We put up 16 people and used the big kitchen and dining room. The pool and tiki bar out back was the center of the action. The gas grill is in the front driveway bolted to the cement, which was a little out of the way. The house is pretty close to all the places you want to go. It was a fun place to hang out.
