Save your time and aggravation and find a reputable company versus a fly by night company such as Voss and Hacks. Ordered awning in spring of 2021 and Derick attempted to install in August. (Awning had pulled off from my house because the hacks couln't find the studs even after drilling over 30 holes in the side of my house). Maybe invest in a $20 stud finder Derick. He said he would be back. LOL I installed the damn thing myself and replaced my brand new siding he destroyed. Now here we are in July of 2022 and I still can't use my awning because he has remote and hand crank and will not return multiple calls.
