We service 1 to 1,000 via one-on-one DEI coaching to large keynote lectures and everything between. We provide in-person and virtual workshops and training. Workshops and trainings can also be pre-recorded for asynchronous trainings. We design and facilitate programs and can adapt existing programs based on organizational needs.
We have provided trainings and lectures for Fortune 500 companies such as General Mills, 3M, and Land O' Lakes. Invited speaking engagements have included MLB's Minnesota Twins, the NFL Players Association.
Additional organizations served include the States of Kentucky and Minnesota, and the Ohio Department of Education. Municipalities include Brooklyn Park, MN and Columbia Heights, MN, Columbus, GA. School Districts served include Minneapolis Public, Columbia Heights, MN, Canton City Schools, Columbus Public Schools, Atlanta Public Schools, Clayton County Schools, St. Paul Public Schools, Muscogee County Schools and numerous Colleges and Universities
