The center features a Class 7 clean room in addition to the many features leading medical-device companies rely on EPTAM Precision Solutions for: automated inspection, a validated supply chain, and precision machining that includes 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, gun drilling, water jet cutting, Swiss machining, and EDM machining.
EPTAM Precision Metals can handle all of its customers’ assembly, packaging, DFM, and PPAP and IQ OQ PQ needs. The center’s materials selection list includes titanium, aluminum, SS Stainless Steels, including 17-4, 303, 304, 316, MP35N, Nitronic 60, and Biodur.
