Dylan Margerum began building homes in 1993. He's had hands-on experience in everything from roofing to framing, and everything in between, He worked his way up to superintendent, and eventually decided to move on to home inspection.
Dylan Margerum is a certified home inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors. He has passed the National Home Inspector Examination, which is required by several states to obtain a license, and is fully insured.
