Soquel (pronounced So-Kell) Schafer comes to Optum with experience in primary care and urology, with special interests in UTIs in elderly patients, urinary incontinence, and kidney/ureteral stones. In her free time, she enjoys cooking (with new additional skill of cooking at high altitude), gardening, chicken wrangling, traveling, off-roading, and studying Spanish. She stays active by cycling, running, hiking, and chasing after her Standard Poodle.
