Robin Welsh, MD, is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist with more than 28 years of experience. She received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she also completed her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship. She currently serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, and is the director of Pediatric Palliative Care at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital–Midlands.
