After reviewing pictures and speaking with the owner, I hired Palmetto Services to deep clean my home. They did a wonderful job and even worked on a Saturday. They even referred me to 2 local house cleaning companies to help maintain the home each week

I have a rental property in Lexington and my “perfect” tenants left it a mess. Apparently paying on time doesn’t mean they will clean the house. They left trash, fast food, magazines, old furniture, several televisions, cat and dog urine and feces, and rotten food throughout the house. I met with Mike at Palmetto Services on Sunday and they sent out a crew the same day. They are the best!

Impressive company! Palmetto helped clean out my neighbor's house. I thought it would take them a couple of weeks, but they finished in a couple of days. Professional, discrete, friendly, and fast!

Wonderful experience! I had some horrible tenants who let animal run free in the house. The animals were not house trained and left stains everywhere. The tenants trashed the house. PCS was able to clean the house, with no power or water, got the trash (and odor) out, and I was able to get a new tenant the following week!
