The Cappuccino Book from Hahnemühle is new to Albright Art Supply. The cappuccino color sketch paper is great for India Ink, fountain pens and acrylics markers. Water-based pens and drawing pencils could also be used.

Co Mo Heavyweight Sketch Paper Pads in various sizes
Natural white sheet with excellent erasing ability. Pencil, pen and ink, crayon, charcoal and light washes can be used on this paper.
PVA Glue: Archival adhesive that dries
clear and remains flexible. The acid-free adhesive is formatted for preservation materials. It will not become brittle with age.
PVA Glue is great for bookbinding and paper projects.

Are you doing any watercolors for World Watercolor Month? We have a couple of books and quick guides we created at the shop to help you out.
Here’s a sampling of just a few of the items we have at the shop.
This brush set is perfect for indoor or outdoor painting (especially for outdoors since they have matte glare-free ferrules). The smaller handle set contains the following brushes: Angle Bright 6, Filbert 4, Flat 6 and a Round 2. Finally, the brush holder can be folded in a way to hold your brushes at an angle.

New to the shop!! Micador Jumbo 10-Pack Pencils. They are ideal for young children, 2-4 years old. The pencils are made of 100% certified wood part of their sustainable Green eARTh products.
Have you used Posca to add highlights or details to your acrylics paintings? The paint dries permanently and provides great coverage. Plus you have greater control over how you want certain marks applied to the surface.

We had a number of customers come down the stairs shopping for art supplies while others were taking a peak to see what changes had been implemented so far.
Notice the difference between the two tubes?
Basically they are the same color. However, we’ve learned the pigment, Pigmenr PR206, in Quinacridome Gold Deep will be changing. It will soon change to PR179. To reflect the change, Winsor and Newton is changing the name of the color. It will now be known as Transparent Gold Deep.
The resulting color is a very close substitute of Quinacridone Gold.
