The owner, Stefano Pascente, is from NYC and believes in always having that shine! He was an engineer and music producer for some big-time artists. That's where the name Hot City came from. Stefano moved to Texas and decided that one thing he really takes pride in is having his vehicles nice and clean. Always turning heads when he pulls into any parking lot or just driving on any regular day.
