We needed a move out clean for a home we had been in for years. Lots of accumulated dust, road pollution and grease (from not having a proper fan over the stovetop). They texted us the morning of to say they were running early and could come over ahead of schedule if we wanted, which was great. They did a great job, so professional, wore masks the whole time. The place looked great and we were so appreciative of their hard work. So glad we went with J3 PROFESSIONAL.

Simple to book online, and even reschedule if needed. Cleaners were wonderful! They were available earlier than my scheduled time and asked via text if they could come earlier. Super easy communication and once they arrived, they wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers the whole time. The entire apartment is super clean, and things have been put back where they belong which I always appreciate. Overall, well worth it!

J3 PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICES dealt with a chaotic house, a toddler, and everything else and solved the problems. The house is sparkling. Thank you for everything.

I very strongly recommend this service. The cleaners were excellent, and the management team is extremely responsive and helpful.

They did a great job! The place was especially filthy, as I hadn't any cleaners since Covid (and because I'm extraordinarily busy). At any rate, they did a wonderful job. I'll have them back in two weeks. :)
