Stand Up Paddle boarding is a great way to stay in shape and have a great time on the water. Each and every My Aloha instructor has been trained and been certified through a World Paddle Association accredited paddle training and fitness program, Paddlefit. This exciting Hawaiian sport is a great opportunity for participants to either maintain or jump start a wellness and fitness plan. “There is no doubt that a healthier, more active lifestyle brings happiness,” Rob explains. “We want to be a resource for our clients on the sport of paddleboarding as well as on ways to incorporate fitness into their everyday routines.”
We offer various types of Fitness Programs for Cross Training, Core workouts, Cardio, and even YOGA elements on the Paddleboards....a floating YOGA mat, that is true serenity on the water!!
