Pasco/SW Home Health is a licensed and insured, local company that has been serving southwest Colorado for more than 20 years. We support our community with both skilled Home Health and non-medical Home Care services while being certified under Medicare, Medicaid, and the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS, IHSS). We also provide Hospice services. Pasco/SW accepts Veteran Affairs insurance, most commercial insurance plans, as well as private pay.
