I am so happy I found this place! These people have become like a tribe for me, full of support. The instructors are amazing. They push you to improve yourself, and it's super fun! I'm so glad I joined!

I have been a member for about 1 month, and the workouts, instructors, and overall quality of everything has exceeded my expectations. Glad I became a member.

ILKB keeps me focused on my health and goals. I've never been so into fitness until now. They keep it fun and welcoming. I've been going here for over 2 months and can't say enough things. The instructors are so welcoming and know everyone by name. The class atmosphere and upbeat music makes it so easy to keep up. No matter your skill level, this is the place to be to get a full body workout.

I really love this place! Everyone is friendly and encouraging. It's a comfortable and non-judgemental environment to workout in. the workouts are intense and FUN with loud music that definitely pumps it up! Highly recommend and wish there was one closer to my house! ❤

ILKB has really helped me focus on my goal. the staff is really helpful, if you need help you’re always free to ask and they can teach you the proper form. The place is super clean & overall a very welcoming environment. Even the other members are super nice and helpful.

Ilkb is the best place ever. Everyone is so welcoming. The staffs are knowledgeable fun friendly and so much more. I love the entire establishment for the challenges the nutrition plan the coaches to members. I highly recommend Ilkb Creve Coeur to start or finish your health goals

ILK Creve Coeur is the absolute best gym around! I have recently gone through some health issues and needed to lose weight. I domt enjoy lifting weights and being in the typical gym enviroment. This gym and its staff is so welcoming, fun and motivating I couldnt have asked for a better place to go. They remembered who I was and what my goals are not to mention the other memebers that attend are all very supportive and non-judgmental. If youre looking for a challenge backed by sweat and positive energy to reach your weight lose/fitness goals this is the place for you!

I was nervous when I first joined that it wasn’t going to be everything I was hoping for, but all my worries were quickly put to rest. The instructors are amazing and really care about everyone who walks through the doors. They take the time to know each person. It’s not just kicking and punching (although that is the best part ). You get a full body conditioning workout every class. I’m hooked!!

The coaches rock! They teach you proper form so you get the most out of your workout and dont get hurt. I love this place!
