Dr. Melanie Sivley, OD, FAAO, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Auburn University and her Doctorate in Optometry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She is a therapeutically-certified optometrist and specializes in optical correction of nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia, with glasses and contact lenses, diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders including glaucoma, dry eye, infections and injuries, and clinical management of refractive and cataract surgeries.
