Specializing in Adult Eye Care and Preoperative and Postoperative Care of Surgical Patients Amanda Hoelscher, O.D. was born and raised outside Oklahoma City in El Reno, Oklahoma. Dr. Hoelscher performed her undergraduate studies in Nutrition at the University of Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science at University of Houston. She resides in Plano and enjoys spending her free time with her two children. Dr. Hoelscher graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She earned her postgraduate certification as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist.
