awesome place !! i can do a more than 2 burpees when i couldn't do a single one before! everyone is so motivating and feels like a family. lost 10 lbs the first 2 months going about 3, sometimes 4, times a week. the more you go the more you lose! every workout is hard and sometimes even harder than than you thought possible. totally recommend if you're ready to do the work!

today was my first day and it was awesome. riz was a godsend. he was encouraging and motivating the whole time. he accommodated my schedule by giving me a one on one session since i couldn’t make it for a class. i felt better when i left than i did going in. i am so excited for my next class. i had fun while working out and that in itself was a blessing. you should really give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

this place is amazing! i haven't met an instructor yet that i didn't love and learn something from during class. the facility is small, but very well kept. absolutely amazed by how varied the workouts are. already seeing results after just a few weeks as a beginner. :d

i just joined but i already love ilkb. i wasn’t sure i could do it but they’re so encouraging and in just a few short weeks i already feel i’ve gotten better already. the staff is so friendly and helpful it makes you want to go back and the hour goes by much faster when you’re enjoying the workout.

i love this place! from day one i knew this place was going to help me reach my fitness goals. the staff and members are so friendly it's like joining a gym and a family! the workout is so much fun the hour literally flies by. i started back in october and have gone down 2 sizes. def give this place a shot.

i absolutely love ilkb white rock and it has changed my life! i’ve never felt stronger and more in shape than i do now. i love the long-term commitment and so happy that i have founded something that always challenges and pushes me. this is a very supportive environment with amazing instructors who are always encouraging and motivating us to be the best!

ilkb whiterock is a great place to workout. i have never been able to touch my toes but ilkb has pushed me to try harder and now i can do that and so much more. the instructors are uplifting and help you thoughout the entire workout with encouraging words. i have gained confidence and love how i feel now, can't wait to see my ilkb transformation.

ilkb changed my life and the white rock location has some of the best people i have ever met, members and instructors. i joined at the beginning of march 2017. i had just gone through a death in the family that was incredibly heart-breaking, and i knew that if i didn't take on something new and fast, i would stay down for a while. ilkb motivates me like nothing else ever has before. i look forward to going to class and i want to stay for a second most of the time! these people have my heart... and they give me their strength <3
