ILKB {Marsh Lane location} is awesome! I absolutely love the studio, the instructors are amazing and we are all like one big family! I’ve met so many new, fun friends here during my journey of getting fit! The workouts are never the same, are a full body workout, and you couldn’t ask for better music and people joining in on the fun. Come see what it's all about!! You will NOT be disappointed!

Great kickboxing studio. They make it easy to stay motivated. Staff is energetic and fun!

I decided to try this kickboxing studio on a recommendation of my manager. I used a Groupon and after my first class I signed up for a membership. It's been a great experience, the instructors are so full of energy and keep everyone pumped and moving! According to my Apple watch, I burn over 400 calories each class! This place is a fun way to get physically fit!

If you're looking for a place where you get an intense yet satisfying work out combined with an encouraging staff that has an awesome playlist, this is the place to be! I've been a member for a few months and each time I go for a work out I am never disappointed. Everyone and I mean everyone is working out! The staff walk around encouraging and supporting you, helping and reminding you of your goal(s)! When I see them out there, it motivates me more and pushes me to my max! I can't explain the family vibe environment that goes on in there, you'll just have to come try one of the classes and be part of the magic happening with the #MarshLaneMafia crew!

ILoveKickboxing is so much fun! Marsh lane Mafia is a family! The staff is AWESOME! You don't even feel like you are working out besides when the sweat is dripping down your face. It's addicting but in a good way! Best decision you will ever make!

I did the three day trial and completely fell in love. It's a great push that I needed every class is high Energy you never do the same thing twice so I never get bored. Best decision I have made
