For custom projects, Anderson is 100% involved in the evolution of the property through design, architecture, and material selections. For big projects, such as hotels, K - S A M O N E contracts and collaborates with a firm that will provide accurate and detailed information through architecture and FF+E specifications for procurement, based on the approved design and scope of work provided by the owner. For an additional fee, K - S A M O N E manages and supervises the project progression by working jointly with the project team of designers, architects, and client operations to drive the project’s efficiency. Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are scheduled to assure deadlines are being met and status reports are effectively communicated and updated by all consultants for proper development and documentation purposes. All work is checked against the “scope of work and timeline” document dated and signed by the owner to assure all requirements align with the finished product during each phase. If requested, we also offer services in freelance opportunities that are inclusive of but not limited to, providing a simple logo design or branding package orchestrated through our Creative Studio section; providing 2D and/or 3D photorealistic visualization packages; personal and company portfolios, interior design support, and architectural drafting for conceptual purposes.
