We also have a classic Deco duplex at 3328-3330 Rosedale. The first floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwoods, reserved covered parking and a washer and dryer. The upstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, hardwood floors, reserved covered parking, a balcony and a washer and dryer. The leases are 12 months from June-May (usually). Leasing season is in the spring for the following school year.
