The Kahl Home is a nonprofit community with a new location located on Jersey Ridge Road in Davenport, Ia. This community has been serving the elderly of the Quad Cities since 1955 under the loving guidance and direction of the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm. Here, skilled and intermediate levels of care are provided by trained, professional staff with love, you will discover that this is what sets us apart from other nursing care facilities. The Carmelite Sisters along with their staff serve the elderly of our community regardless of race, nationality, disability or religious affiliation. We at the Kahl home believe that each individual is special and unique, therefore we work together to provide quality care for the whole person, body, mind and soul. We value each person as an individual and we embrace them as our extended family.We regard our home as a community and we encourage members of our community to take on an active role.
