In January 2020, Pastors Andrae and Kayla invited veteran ministers/executive coaches to do “vision scaping” exercise. The first question the coaches asked was “Tell me the top 5 things that are important to you?” After making their list separately, Number 1 and 3 were identical, number 2,4,5 were highly aligned. The number one thing on this list was His Presence! We value a real life experience with God! We recognize that God is with us! This is a starting point in everything we do. We make room for God, and actively invite Him in every aspect of our lives. As we encounter God, we are conscious of the need to display the goodness of God. We are brokers of heavenly realm. As God deposits in our lives, dispense it to our family and community. This is why our vision can be simply summed up in the statement. “Encounter God! And Pass It On!”
