Gillie is motivated to get her patients back into their lives. Gillie helps with depression, anxiety, stress, body image, eating disorders, self-esteem, self-harm, life transitions, and women’s mental health. Gillie uses a collaborative, integrated approach, focusing on value alignment and incorporating acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. Gillie believes therapy is a reflective tool to help realign ourselves with the things that make life meaningful. Gillie enjoys watercolors, hiking with their dog, and spending time outside with their family.
