We offer residential and PHP programs treating adults with primary mental health disorders, trauma, PTSD, addiction, depression, and co-occurring disorders. Transformations is a nationally recognized mental health and substance abuse facility offering licensed clinicians, clinical and trauma-informed care, specific evidenced-based interventions including EMDR, DBT, CBT and others. All clients receive a psychiatric evaluation upon arriving and psychiatric follow-ups as needed, to include appropriate and effective medication management. Clients also have opportunities to practice and learn life skills, get support from others struggling with similar issues, and enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment while working on growth and reflection.
