The School of Inner Health teaches students how to recognize and amplify wellness, while also teaching the skills to expertly address a range of challenging physical and emotional conditions. We teach a range of bodywork and body-oriented techniques that are thoroughly transformational without being physically demanding. We welcome students with previous bodywork and other professional experience as well as those new to the field of health and wellness. We offer new classes all the time, so enrollment is always an option.
