Due to needing the plumbing and electrical moved from the peninsula to the new island, we needed a good general contractor. We interviewed several contractors over a two-year period, and when we were finally ready, Luis and Madiri's Construction LLC stood out as the best guys for the job. We also got new quartz counters, tile backsplash, had new lighting installed in the ceiling and under cabinets, removed our old arched hood range with thick walls on each side and installed a custom made wood hood range, and had new appliances installed. We also had our fireplace redone and new counters/sinks installed in the laundry and downstairs bathroom. And added a few more needed electric outlets in various places in the house. Luisf our kitchen remodel, the pipes in our living room sprung a leak, and Luis and his crew promptly fixed the messy problem, removed the old carpet and cleaned up the area.
