Our commitment to urban health and social welfare is being enhanced through our new state-of-the-art care facility. Opened in fall 2020, the CPHA offers integrated, “whole-person” care that addresses physical and behavioral needs, as well as social determinants (poverty, housing, transportation, food insecurity, etc.) that impact a person’s ability to both access care and live a healthy life. The CPHA will help people in southeastern Michigan to live longer and better through an integrated continuum of primary medical and behavioral care for adults and children, with an emphasis on early intervention, including screenings and preventive care.
