We are a leading gymnastics gym located in Dover, Delaware. Our aim is to set the local youth in the right direction and help them lead a successful life by teaching them gymnastics and the values that go along with it.
Those values are, among others, discipline, team spirit, hard work, sacrifice and many others. We believe that these values are often overlooked in our modern society. Our motto is “Training the starz of tomorrow” for a reason.
