After graduating from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, Dr. Burns completed a residency at the Chillicothe and Columbus Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. Dr. Burns is a clinical professor at The Ohio State University and is a Diplomate of the American Boards of Optometry. He provides comprehensive primary and medical eye care.
